1. Shipping Coverage
1.1 Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including:
- Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore
- Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad
- Pune, Ahmedabad, and more
- Most district headquarters
- Major towns and cities
- Subject to courier serviceability
1.2 Non-Serviceable Areas
We currently do not ship to:
- Restricted or remote areas not covered by our logistics partners
- PO Box addresses
- International locations (India only for now)
Pin code serviceability is automatically checked during checkout. Contact us at hello@cosmosheerclinical.com to verify specific locations.
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2.2 Estimated Delivery Time
Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad
State capitals and major district headquarters
Smaller towns and areas with limited courier connectivity
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance (if applicable), courier delays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
2.3 Cut-off Times
- Same-day dispatch: Orders confirmed before 2 PM IST
- Next-day dispatch: Orders confirmed after 2 PM IST
- Weekend orders: Processed on the next business day (Monday)
3. Shipping Methods & Partners
3.1 Logistics Partners
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- FedEx (for premium shipments)
The courier partner is assigned based on destination, product type, and availability. You cannot choose a specific courier.
3.2 Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS with courier details and tracking link
- Real-time tracking updates via courier partner's website/app
3.3 Packaging
All products are packaged with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:
- Tamper-proof seals on all products
- Bubble wrap and protective padding for fragile items
- Temperature-sensitive products in insulated packaging (if required)
- Discreet packaging without external branding (for privacy)
- Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible

For dermatology clinics and bulk orders:
- Orders above ₹10,000: Free shipping
- Orders above ₹25,000: Free express shipping (metro cities)
- Custom shipping arrangements available for large volume orders
5. Delivery Instructions
5.1 Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address includes:
- Complete recipient name (as per ID proof for verification)
- Full address with landmark
- Pin code
- Active mobile number for delivery coordination
- Alternative contact number (recommended)
5.2 Delivery Attempts
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- You will be notified via SMS/call before each attempt
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping and re-delivery charges will apply
5.3 Receiving Your Order
Important: Please follow these steps when receiving your order
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting
- Open and inspect contents in front of delivery person if possible
- Verify that all items match your order
- Sign and accept only if everything is in order
- Take photos if you notice any damage
5.4 Signature Required
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt for security purposes. If you won't be available, you can authorize someone else to receive on your behalf.
6. Special Handling
6.1 Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products require temperature-controlled shipping:
- Packaged with gel ice packs or insulated materials
- Shipped via premium courier for faster transit
- Additional charges may apply (₹150-300 depending on location)
- Cannot be shipped to extremely remote areas
6.2 Chemical Peels & Professional Products
Professional-grade chemical peels and treatments:
- May require professional license verification before shipment
- Packaged in compliance with hazmat regulations
- Special handling charges may apply
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Delayed Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeline:
- Check the tracking status on the courier's website
- Contact the courier's local office using the tracking number
- If unresolved after 2 days, email us at hello@cosmosheerclinical.com with your order number
- We will escalate with the courier and provide updates within 24 hours
7.2 Damaged During Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product
- Report within 48 hours to hello@cosmosheerclinical.com
- Do not discard the packaging (needed for courier claim)
- We will arrange replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
7.3 Lost in Transit
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the order:
- Check with neighbors, security, or family members
- Verify the delivery address on the tracking page
- Contact us within 7 days of marked delivery
- We will file a claim and resolve within 15 days
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Undeliverable Orders
9.1 RTO (Return to Origin)
Orders may be returned to us if:
- Recipient unavailable after 3 delivery attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Customer refuses delivery
- Location non-serviceable (discovered post-dispatch)
9.2 RTO Charges
For RTO orders:
- Return shipping charges: ₹150 (deducted from refund)
- Re-shipment charges: ₹99-299 (if re-shipping to corrected address)
- Refund processing: 7-10 business days after RTO receipt
10. Force Majeure
LANTERN PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, floods, or earthquakes
- Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Courier partner operational issues
In such cases, we will proactively communicate delays and work towards alternate solutions.
